This website is operated by Custom Baseball Lineup Cards. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Custom Baseball Lineup Cards. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use this site. You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCT DESIGN AND APPROVAL

Our lineup cards are custom printed based on designs provided by the customer through our online customization tools. It is your responsibility to review all spelling, layout, and design elements before placing your order.

We do not edit, revise, or proof customer-submitted artwork unless otherwise specified. Errors made in your submitted design are your responsibility.

SECTION 4 – ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing your custom order as soon as it is received. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at 404-824-3750 or through the site chat feature.

Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production. A processing fee of $10 may apply.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We strive to meet all estimated ship dates, but shipping timelines are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.) or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If a delivery is returned due to customer error (incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, etc.), the customer will be responsible for redelivery fees.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final due to the customized nature of our products. However, if your order contains a manufacturing defect or printing error caused by us, we will reprint or refund the order at no cost.

To be eligible for a resolution, claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include photos of the issue to expedite processing. For full details, view our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

We may offer access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of these external sites or services. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
