âś… Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing error, printing issue, or shipping damage, we will promptly reprint or refund your order at no cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your shipment and provide photos of the issue to help us expedite the resolution.

âś… Order Accuracy Guarantee

Every lineup card order goes through a thorough proofing and production process. If an error is made on our end, we will make it right—either by reprinting or refunding the product.

❌ Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable

Because each lineup card is customized specifically for your team, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality, such as design changes, misspellings provided in your artwork, or incorrect information submitted by the customer.
