How do I place an order?
Choose a lineup card style, submit your details, approve the proof, then we print and ship.
Can I upload my own design instead of using a template?
Yes. You can upload your lineup card design during customization. PDF, PNG, and JPEG files work best.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations need to happen quickly. Once an order goes into production, changes may not be possible.
What size are the lineup cards?
Every card is 5.5" × 8.5", the size most coaches already use for lineup sheets.
Are the cards carbonless?
Yes. Each set is 3-part carbonless (white/yellow/pink) so you keep a copy.
What type of paper are they printed on?
We use 3-part carbonless paper (white/yellow/pink) so you write once and keep clean copies.
What binding options can I choose from?
Binding options are booklet, padded, or glue.
What color options are available?
We print your team name, logos, and colors. Send your files and we match your program branding.
How fast is production?
Typical production is 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Next day print is available by request with an additional charge.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production is typically 2-3 business days, then shipping options are Economy (3-7 business days), Standard (3-4 business days), or Express (1-2 business days) from the ship date.
How do the cards ship?
Once production is complete, orders are handed off to FedEx. Delivery options are Economy (3-7 business days), Standard (3-4 business days), or Express (1-2 business days) from the ship date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email.
Can I order for the whole program?
Yes. Bulk discounts are available for program-wide orders.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes. Pricing is based on quantity, and bulk discounts are available for programs ordering multiple sets.
Are there any discount codes?
If a promotion is available, we note it on the site. Bulk discounts are available year-round.
